Data Entry
We write a bespoke data-entry routine to ensure accurate data entry. Depending on the nature of the survey, we can also "verify" data entry - this effectively involves a second operator re-entering the data, and any differences are flagged on the system, which effectively leads to 100% accuracy.
We can output data in most industry standard formats, ranging from simple Excel, CSV and ASCII formats, through to more complex "multi-punched" binary structures, such as CBA, CBE, CSI, etc.
Coding
We can either work with a pre-structured code-frame or (in conjunction with the client) create a code-frame which will have clear and actionable outcomes.
We have built up a solid reputation for coding, and sometimes take on "coding only" exercises for other market research companies. This ranges from simple Q & A surveys, through to complex medical surveys.
